Real Estate Accountant -

We're looking for a Real Estate Associate with a strong background in multi-family property management with a passion for customer service and Accounting, and an interest in developing relationships with clients. The Associate should be a highly organized professional, able to multi-task well with the ability to effectively maintain daily deliverables while resolving any customer issues that may arise.

Duties and Responsibilities -
Tracking all payments and expenditures, including credit card, purchase orders, invoices and statements etc..
Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
Correspondence with all creditors, vendors, and clients regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits, and other finance-related inquiries
Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports
Continuous improvement of the payment process
Analyzing AP accounts for missing entries/invoices
Reconciling missing payments
Managing the processes, workflows, and systems already created for their assigned portfolios
Reconciling and reviewing residential ledgers for move-ins and move outs as well as managing help desk for miscellaneous AP requests (billing ledgers and/or request of check payments)
Troubleshooting Errors and working with the team to resolve in a professional mattern interest in developing relationships with clients. The Associate should be a highly organized professional who is able to effectively maintain daily deliverables while resolving any customer issues that may arise.
