Full Job Description


As a part of the Customer Onboarding team, we are looking for an energetic, yet self-motivated Onboarding Specialist with strong task management and interpersonal skills to help us engage our clients and create awareness around the FinFit platform. You will excel at on boarding new clients by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the processes and deliver solutions to existing client. You will set our all customers up for success and forge meaningful relationships. Your focus within the team will be to provide our new customers guidance on program specifics, best practices and providing them with the resources they need to be successful. This position can be remote.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform onboarding calls with new clients

  • Provide important information to new clients in relation to employee engagement and awareness

  • Explain and sell best practices to make our customers successful

  • Think outside of the box, assisting customers from different types of companies in finding the best way to engage their employees with the tools provided

  • Strengthen the relationship with our customers and provide solutions to meet their needs

  • Assist in development and execute internal processes to streamline and scale customer success

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. (Must have quantifiable KSA’s listed such as the number of years of experience required. Specific niche industry experience, required educational credentials, specific computer and software application knowledge.)

  • College degree a plus or commensurate life experience.

  • Prefer previous experience in a call center or sales/consulting experience

  • Proactive by nature and goes above and beyond the call of duty

  • Demonstrates success in strategic thinking and execution

  • Provides consistent customer satisfaction at high levels in a fast-paced environment

  • Great persuasive skills and loves people

  • Able to actively listen

  • History of high performance

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • A team player with the highest level of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
