Position Overview:
The Entry Level Grants and Contracts Analyst will perform project tasks as directed by the project manager in support of project team objectives. Assist in analyzing data, drafting report sections, and providing support to execute organizational, management and business process initiatives. Supports the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes.
Responsibilities
Reviewing technical applications or similar products related to grantee applications
Assess the validity and quality of the applications
Prepare summaries for project team review
Conducting office support activities, such as arranging meetings, taking notes, making copies, etc.
Tracking of contract/grant application activities in relation to expected schedules and requirements

Support state-of-the-art dissemination strategies (e.g., web site, social media accounts, e-news, etc.).
Manage ad hoc technical or financial activities to address management needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
0-1 years of relevant professional experience tracking project deliverables and communicating status updates in a timely manner
Background in administrative support or program management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
U.S. Citizenship required
Desired:
Experience tracking grants through their full lifecycle highly preferred
