Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time
A large client of ours, a global financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization and is fully remote. Candidates must have at least one year of high volume inbound call center experience.
Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls from clients about their loan status
· Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
· Client Management
Requirements:
· Inbound call center experience (required)
