Full Job Description
As a full-time Academic Advisor with Liberty University’s Online Enrollment Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home or from our office. You’ll get to recruit and encourage students through meaningful conversations, walking alongside them as they prepare for a rewarding academic career.
The Academic Advisor will be responsible for the following, as guided by the long and short-term goals of Liberty University: - Providing exceptional customer service to our students and other university employees primarily over the phone but also in email communication - Expertly navigating all student issues to complete and accurate resolution, utilizing knowledge of online programs and university policies and connecting students with the correct person or department when needed - Building rapport with students to provide them with a personal connection to the university and to enhance the potential for long-term enrollment retention - Utilizing multiple systems and resources while working with students.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
